The online Nikah , held on Wednesday, witnessed both families in Jodhpur and Karachi participating in the rituals virtually, overcoming the challenges posed by geographical boundaries. Qazis from both India and Pakistan officiated the marriage , while Ameena, speaking from Karachi, joyfully said, "Qabool Hai" to Arbaaz in Jodhpur, sealing their bond of love.

Originally planned to be held in Karachi, the wedding had to take an online route due to visa-related complications. Nevertheless, the use of video conferencing technology brought the families together, enabling them to celebrate the momentous occasion despite the distance.

The groom's family in Jodhpur made arrangements with two big LED screens and laptops, setting up a virtual presence at the venue to actively participate in the festivities. This virtual celebration was a testament to the power of modern technology in uniting families separated by borders.

Unlike some of the previously highlighted cross-border unions that attracted media attention, Arbaaz and Ameena's marriage was arranged through relatives, and both families gave their whole-hearted consent to the union. The groom's father, Mohammad Afzal, a civil contractor, expressed his joy at the successful Nikah and revealed plans for Ameena's visit to Jodhpur from Pakistan, now that the marriage is officially solemnized.

"The girls there and their families also want to get married in Jodhpur. We also have relatives there. Now, we will prepare for the visa. It is convenient for ordinary families like us to go for an online marriage as the expenses are also less. If we apply for a visa with the Nikahnama (marriage certificate) of India, then it will be easily available," he said.

Arbaaz and Ameena's love story has touched the hearts of many, serving as a beacon of hope and showcasing the power of love transcending borders and cultural barriers. As the world witnesses this beautiful union, it highlights the significance of technology in bridging gaps and bringing together families separated by geographical boundaries.
