At the Narendra Modi Stadium, Gujarat Titans chased down a stiff 204-run target with ease, thanks to a blistering unbeaten 97 by Jos Buttler. His 54-ball knock, peppered with 11 fours and 4 sixes, formed the core of a 119-run stand with Sherfane Rutherford (43), sealing the win in 19.2 overs.

But LSG pacer Avesh Khan turned the game on its head, dismissing Jaiswal, Parag, and Shimron Hetmyer in a fiery spell of 3/37, restricting RR to 178/5—just two runs shy of victory.
