NEW DELHI: During the summer season, many people enjoy drinking fruit juice as it is considered healthy. Whether it's mango, litchi, banana, or pomegranate, fruit juices are loved by both adults and children alike.

However, accidental splashes of fruit juice on clothes often leave stubborn stains that are challenging to remove even after washing. In this article, we will share some useful tips and tricks to effectively clean these stubborn fruit juice stains.

Baking soda method:
Begin by soaking the stained cloth in water for some time.
In a bowl, mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Apply this mixture to the stained area and let it sit for approximately 10 minutes.
Afterward, scrub the area gently using a cleaning brush.
Rinse the cloth thoroughly.

White vinegar method:
Take 2-3 tablespoons of white vinegar in a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and lemon juice to the vinegar and mix well.
Apply the mixture to the stained area and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Use a cleaning brush to scrub the stain.
If the stain persists, repeat the process.
Rinse the cloth thoroughly.

Hydrogen peroxide method:
Pour 3-4 teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide into a spray bottle.
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice to the bottle and mix well.
Spray the solution onto the stained area and let it sit for a while.
Afterward, gently scrub the stain using a cleaning brush.
Ensure hydrogen peroxide is kept out of reach of children.

Note: These methods should be used with caution and only on clothes that are suitable for the suggested cleaning solutions. It is recommended to test the solutions on a small, inconspicuous area of the fabric before applying them to the stained area.
