Here's a healthy pancake recipe that can be a good option for weight loss . These pancakes are made with whole ingredients and are lower in calories and sugar compared to traditional pancakes. Remember, portion control and overall balanced eating are important for weight loss.

Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes:

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for cooking

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease the surface with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until small bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the pancakes are cooked through and golden brown.
Remove the pancakes from the skillet and keep them warm. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes with fresh fruit, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a drizzle of a small amount of pure maple syrup.

Note: You can customize these pancakes by adding ingredients like mashed bananas, blueberries, chopped nuts, or cinnamon for extra flavor and nutrients.

Remember, while these pancakes are healthier than traditional ones, portion control is still important. Enjoy them as part of a balanced diet and consider pairing them with lean protein and plenty of fruits and vegetables for a well-rounded meal plan.
