A high-speed Lamborghini crash in Noida’s Sector 94 has left two labourers injured, raising concerns over reckless driving. The luxury sports car, allegedly moving at an astonishing speed of 300 km/h, struck the workers near an under-construction site on Sunday.

Labourers Injured in High-Speed Impact

Eyewitness accounts suggest that the accident was caused by excessive speed. One of the victims told Republic TV that the car was moving at an extremely high velocity when it hit them.

"A car was coming at a speed of 300 kmph. All three of us fell inside the drain after getting hit by the car. He was driving at 300 kmph," the injured labourer stated.

Both victims were rushed to the hospital, where they were diagnosed with fractures in their legs. Fortunately, their condition is stable, according to the police.

Car Owner Identified as Popular YouTuber

Following the accident, the Noida police arrested the driver, Deepak, a resident of Ajmer, and seized the vehicle. Investigations revealed that Deepak, a car dealer, had traveled to Noida to test drive the Lamborghini, which was registered in Pondicherry.

“The owner, Mridul Tiwari, a resident of Noida and a YouTuber with over 18 million subscribers, was selling the car and Deepak had come to check its condition," Noida ADCP Sumit Shukla informed HT.

Driver Blames Car Malfunction

While official statements on the exact cause of the accident are yet to be released, the driver has claimed that the crash resulted from a mechanical fault in the car. The police are now investigating the vehicle to verify these claims.

Bhupendra Singh, In-charge at Sector 126 Police Station, confirmed that both injured labourers are out of danger despite sustaining fractures.

FIR Filed, Car Owner Summoned for Questioning

Despite Deepak’s arrest, his name has not been included in the FIR, which was filed based on an eyewitness complaint from a relative of one of the victims. Meanwhile, the car’s owner, Mridul, has been called in for police questioning.

Viral Video Captures Aftermath

A video from the scene has been widely circulated on social media. In the footage, a bystander can be heard confronting the driver, asking if he was aware of any fatalities. The accused responds, "koi mar gaya idhar? (Did anyone die here?)" before stepping out of the vehicle. Moments later, another voice urges the crowd to "call the police."

Authorities continue to investigate the incident to determine the exact circumstances of the crash and potential liabilities. Further legal actions will follow based on the findings of the ongoing probe.
