The founder of HYBE, Bang Si-hyuk , recently revealed highly anticipated information about BTS' 2025 reunion, sparking an overwhelming wave of excitement. He also announced that the group's reunion would align with the 10th anniversary of BTS' HYYH: The Most Beautiful Moment in Life series, unveiling plans for a forthcoming special album and event to commemorate the series.

BTS' upcoming reunion album is currently in the works. During a recent interview with Bloomberg, Bang Si-hyuk delved into the HYYH series, stating that, "To the team BTS, the album series released in 2015, HYYH: The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, hold great significance. This series helped the members experience meaningful grow as artists, it also reflected the personal lived experiences of the members, and it caused a great reverberation effect around the world. While the members were still young, there was already talk of a 10th anniversary album for this meaningful series."

In addition, Bang PD emphasized that even if the members had decided not to renew their contracts with the company for a second time, the 10th anniversary album would have been realized. Nevertheless, he clarified that he would not be involved in its production.

He expressed, "Now, it has become possible for all of the people who originally participated in that series to get together again and keep the promise made years ago. I hope that everyone will wait for that moment." He then officially confirmed, "There will be a 10th anniversary album and event for HYYH."

Although BTS took a hiatus from group activities in 2022, all the members have remained busy and in demand! Before their enlistment, both Jin and J-Hope released their debut solo albums last year.

Meanwhile, Suga launched his album, D-DAY, and successfully concluded his first solo world tour before commencing his military service. As for RM and Jimin, they not only released solo albums but also collaborated on several singles. While the youngest member, Jungkook, debuted with a digital single, V marked his solo debut with Layover. According to HYBE, the group is set to reunite as a seven-member ensemble by 2025.
