A jaw-dropping video capturing vehicles “flying” over an unmarked speed bump on Gurugram's busy Golf Course Road has taken social media by storm. Shared by Bunny Punia, editor at automotive platform 91Wheels, the video quickly went viral on X, sparking debate and concern among viewers.

In the clip, cars are seen momentarily lifting off the ground as they zoom over the invisible bump, which reportedly sits near Centrum Plaza, opposite HR26 Dhaba. Punia, noting the location, captioned, “Ouch! This seems to have happened on a newly made unmarked speedbreaker on Golf Course Road in Gurugram! Got it in one of my groups. Damn! Can anyone from Gurgaon confirm this.”

Comments flooded in as users confirmed the speed bump’s location, with one stating, “Confirmed. Noticed this one on Friday, when I was coming from the office. This one is after Centrum Plaza building."

"The intent behind this is genuine as it is aimed at helping reduce the speed before the lane gets narrower due to U-turns, but implementation is poor due to lack of markings. Good intent with poor implementation, exactly like the Indian team’s performance these days,” one of the users said.

Others criticized the placement, arguing that Golf Course Road’s design doesn’t suit speed bumps and pointing out the lack of visible markings.

This viral video has sparked fresh conversation on road safety, with many calling for better traffic management to prevent dangerous driving conditions. The bump, intended to slow cars before narrower lanes, has exposed issues in road safety measures—prompting calls for more careful implementation of such traffic features.
