What’s New in the 2025 Hero HF 100 ?
While the mechanicals remain largely unchanged, the key update is its greener, cleaner engine setup that meets stricter emission regulations. Here's a quick look at what the bike continues to offer:

  • Engine: A 97.2cc air-cooled, single-cylinder unit

  • Power Output: 8.02 hp and 8.05 Nm of torque

  • Gearbox: 4-speed transmission

  • Mileage: An impressive 70 km/l, making it one of the most fuel-efficient options in its class

Built for Everyday Use

The HF 100 sticks to a no-frills formula that commuters appreciate:

  • Suspension: Telescopic front forks and dual rear shock absorbers

  • Brakes: Drum brakes front and rear with Hero’s Integrated Braking System (IBS) for added safety

  • Design: Simple and practical, offered in Black with Blue and Black with Red graphics

  • Other Features: Analog instrument cluster, halogen headlamp, and a 9.1-litre fuel tank

Still a Strong Contender

Despite the minor price hike, the HF 100 remains a strong player in the entry-level commuter space, competing with:

  • Bajaj Platina 100

  • TVS Radeon

  • Honda Shine 100

This launch is part of Hero’s broader 2025 refresh strategy, which has already seen updated versions of popular models like the Splendor Plus and Glamour hit the market.
