Bajaj Chetak 3503 Launched at ₹1.10 Lakh: Most Affordable 35 Series Variant Yet
New Delhi, April 29, 2025 — Bajaj Auto has expanded its popular electric scooter lineup with the launch of the new Chetak 3503, priced at ₹1.10 lakh (ex-showroom). Positioned as the most affordable variant within the Chetak 35 Series, the 3503 aims to strengthen Bajaj’s competitive edge in India’s growing electric two-wheeler market.
Despite its lower price point, the Chetak 3503 retains the mechanical core of the series, including a 3.5 kWh battery offering a claimed range of 155 km on a single charge. It also boasts a practical 35-litre under-seat storage, ideal for everyday commuting needs. However, to keep costs down, the scooter features a restricted top speed of 63 kmph, making it slower than other 35 Series trims.
The Bajaj Chetak 3503 comes equipped with essential features but trims down on premium elements. It offers a basic LCD digital console with Bluetooth connectivity, two riding modes (Eco and Sport), hill-hold assist, and a full metal body for durability. Charging time from 0 to 80% stands at 3 hours and 25 minutes
Notably, the Chetak 3503 misses out on features such as sequential turn indicators, a front disc brake, and a fancier digital console found in premium trims. Buyers can choose from four stylish color options: Indigo Blue, Brooklyn Black, Cyber White, and Matt Grey.
