Watch Baekhyun Claims First Victory For 'Pineapple Slice' On 'Music Bank'!

EXO’s Baekhyun has just achieved a major milestone with his latest track, “Pineapple Slice,” securing his first music show trophy! On the September 13 episode of KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank,” Baekhyun clinched the top spot, outshining TWICE’s Tzuyu with a total of 5,939 points.

The win comes shortly after the release of Baekhyun’s fourth mini album, “Hello, World,” on September 6. The album features the title track “Pineapple Slice,” an R&B pop hit that playfully likens irresistible charm to the sweetest slice of pineapple.

Baekhyun explained his choice for the title track, saying, “I always pay attention to a song’s intro and whether I can envision myself performing the song on stage. The moment I heard ‘ Pineapple Slice ,’ I felt it checked all the boxes. After releasing songs, I often feel like something’s missing, but with ‘Pineapple Slice,’ it felt like the perfect fit—as if the song was made just for me.”

The episode featured a star-studded lineup, including performances by TWICE’s Tzuyu, LE SSERAFIM, NMIXX, and many more.
