The actor was alluding to a specific incident where Khanzaadi initially professed her feelings for Abhishek Kumar, only to retract her statement later, admitting that she had falsely claimed affection in order to secure a prize hamper.

Abhishek Kumar elaborated that Khanzaadi initially aimed to portray herself as an independent contestant, yet consistently relied on others for support, as stated by the actor. “She always sleeps and makes excuses citing health reasons,” he mentioned. “She used my emotions to win a hamper. Arre Behan agar tereko hamper chahiye, I'll get 20 hampers but don't make fun of anyone's feelings.”

Abhishek further alleged that Khanzaadi deliberately looked into the camera during their flirtatious interactions, ensuring she was being filmed. “I'm the reason behind her existence on the show,” Abhishek proclaimed.
