Last rites of the student in the Udaipur incident took place, even today soldiers are deployed in the entire area, internet is shut down

People of both the communities are still angry about this incident. Meanwhile, on Tuesday morning, after the post-mortem, the police handed over the body of student Devraj to the family. After this, the family performed the last rites at Ashok Nagar Mokshadham. Devraj was cremated by his father and cousin. Hundreds of people from the city were present on this occasion.

On the other hand, in view of the situation, a large number of police forces have been deployed in the entire city. According to the police, the body was handed over to the family at around 4:30 in the morning. As soon as Devraj's body reached his house, the women of the house started screaming. His mother fainted and fell down. After this, the funeral procession was taken out from Kherodiwada at around 6:30. Devraj's funeral procession reached Ashok Nagar Moksha Dham via Amal Ka Kanta, Asthal Mandir, Bapu Bazaar, Bank Tiraha, Delhi Gate, Shastri Circle.

During this time, hundreds of people from the city participated in the procession and the last rites were performed according to traditional customs. According to the police, four days ago, there was a knife fight between two students. During this, student Devraj was seriously injured due to the knife attack. After battling between life and death for four days in the hospital, he finally died on Monday night. On Tuesday morning, his body was handed over to the family members from MB Hospital in the presence of administrative officials.

Internet was shut down again in Udaipur

Hundreds of people including city MLA Tarachand Jain, rural MLA Phool Singh Meena, former Vallabhnagar MLA husband Gajendra Singh Shaktawat participated in Devraj's last journey in Udaipur. In view of the tense situation in the city due to this incident, the police-administration has once again shut down the internet in Udaipur district. The police and administration have appealed to the people not to fall for any kind of rumors and not to try to spread any kind of rumors. It has been warned that strict action will be taken against those found doing so. In this case, on the instructions of the Rajasthan government, the Udaipur administration ran a bulldozer on the house of the accused student on Sunday.
