You can detect adulteration in flour by taking a glass of water. You have to take a glass of water and put one spoon of flour in it. After this, leave it for ten seconds. If your flour is pure, then due to its heavy nature, it will settle down in the glass.
On the other hand, if the flour has been adulterated, then it will float on the water. Apart from this, you can also detect adulteration in flour with the help of lemon.
In this, you have to take a spoonful of flour and squeeze lemon in it. After doing this, if the drops of lemon juice form bubbles in the flour, then there is a high possibility that the flour has been adulterated.
Apart from this, while buying flour in the market, you can also find out about the adulteration in it by looking at it. If the flour is not clear in appearance, then understand that it has been adulterated.
