The arrested criminals shot Rajneesh, a resident of Amrala, on the night of March 26 when he was roaming in the field with his wife and sister.

 

At that time the criminals arrived and showed a gun to Rajneesh who was walking in the field with his wife Rachna and sister Kavita. Then when his sister started running away, they shot Rajneesh. While robbing the manager's family, the criminals had asked whether the jewellery was made of gold or not. When Kavita and Rachna said that it was gold, they threw the jewellery on the spot. They said that if it was gold, it would have been sold at a high price, who would buy gold.

On the night of 26 March, the miscreants broke the locks of two houses in Amrala village. When Ajit, who lives in the neighbourhood, woke up, he came out and saw that the miscreants shot him too. In this case, now DCP Rural Surendra Nath Tiwari said that joint teams of Bhojpur Police and Crime Branch were engaged in the investigation of the incident that happened in Amrala village on the night of 26 March.

Three miscreants were caught and one escaped

DCP Rural said that on Sunday, Bhojpur police station in-charge Amit Sharma was on checking in Faridnagar area with his team. Then he saw four suspects coming in the forest. When they were asked to stop, they opened fire on the police. After this, the police also retaliated. Several rounds of firing took place from both sides. The police surrounded them and caught three criminals. One criminal escaped by fooling the police.

He told that a criminal has been injured in the retaliatory firing by the police. The names of the criminals are Itwari, Bharat and Padam alias Vishnu. The criminals are from Ishapur village of Nigohi police station area of Shahjahanpur. They have told all this during police interrogation. Itwari has been shot in the leg in the retaliatory firing by the police. A total of eight cases are registered against him in Ghaziabad and Kannauj. Seven cases are registered against Bharat. Cases are registered against him in Mahoba, Kanpur and Ghaziabad, while four cases are registered against Padam. All three belong to the Pankhia gang. The leader of this gang is Bharat.
