When Shah Rukh Khan shares heartwarming story of finding Gauri in Mumbai

Shah Rukh Khan who earlier made a memorable appearance on David Letterman's talk show My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, where he shared an endearing story about finding Gauri Khan in Mumbai. SRK recalled his determined journey to locate Gauri after she moved to Mumbai. Despite only knowing that she loved swimming, Shah Rukh innocently assumed Mumbai had just one beach.

With unwavering determination, he scoured all the beaches in the city. Eventually, after an exhaustive search, he succeeded in finding Gauri Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan, during the episode, recalled the incident and told, " When I landed in Mumbai, I started looking for her on beaches. I had Rs 400 in my pocket, and when I got to know that the city has beaches everywhere. I used to take my gang with me to every beach in the city. When my friends were all tired and I was just leaving, I heard a voice."

Besides being a film producer, Gauri Khan is also a renowned interior decorator. She has redecorated homes for several Bollywood A-listers, including Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan , Jacqueline Fernandez , Ranbir Kapoor, and Karan Johar. Gauri has also designed popular restaurants like Arth and Sanchos. Additionally, she runs her own store, Gauri Khan Designs, in Mumbai.

On Shahrukh Khan's work front, fans can look forward to seeing Shah Rukh Khan in 'King', where he will star alongside his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan . The film is reportedly directed by Sujoy Ghosh. Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan will team up with Salman Khan in the highly anticipated 'Tiger vs Pathaan'.
