The Great Indian Kapil Show is coming back with a brand new season soon. The comedy show's season 2 will be arriving on OTT platform Netflix on September 21. The show this time is promising to be more humorous, inviting several celebrities. Here's the latest promo that the makers have released now and other details that you need to know before its OTT release:

In the promo released by Netflix today, the team of the upcoming film Jigra was seen coming to the show to promote and have fun with the Kapil Sharma show's family and cast. The clip showed Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, and Agastya Nanda enjoying the hilarious visit to the brand new show.  

OTT platform Netflix announced the fresh season of The Great Indian Kapil Show in June this year but now have announced the date and its teaser too. 

Plot 

Season 2, just as the first one, will feature celebrities and different funny skits by comedian Kapil Sharma's team. The basics remain the same, where the team of comedians interacts with celebrities and tries to revolve their skits around them. The show also promotes the upcoming series and films for which the stars visit the show.

Cast and crew

Other than Kapil Sharma, the team of comedians at the show will include some familiar faces like Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Archana Puran Singh, and Rajiv Thakur.

This Kapil Sharma show has remained India's first series to be on the Global Top 10 Non-English TV list for five weeks. It also ranked among OTT platform Netflix's top two series in India since its release.
