Mission Cross OTT release date Netflix: When to watch this

Mission Cross, a Korean action-comedy film, is all set for its OTT debut on Netflix. Starring actor Hwang Jung Min, who is a well-known and loved South Korean actor, in the lead role with actress Yum Jung Ah, the film got announced on Netflix in a very unique way. The actors from the film took to Instagram recently and announced Mission Cross, surprising their fans in a very funny way. The action-comedy film will stream on August 9, 2024, on the OTT platform Netflix.

Netflix dropped the film’s poster, showing lead actors Hwang Jung Min and Yum Jung Ah holding hands with war-like scenes in the background. The post on Instagram by Netflix had a caption that read, “From the nemesis of a husband to a hot summer action ally.”

The special announcement from the lead actors gave a glimpse of their chemistry, which fans can expect in the upcoming movie as well. 

The trailer for Mission Cross shows the action scenes being experienced by the actors, who are a couple. Actor Hwang Jung Min is shown as a househusband taking a break from his agent life, which is a secret to his wife. The wife, played by actress Yum Jung Ah, is a detective herself. The story revolves around Yum Jung Ah doubting her husband about an extramarital affair. The story continues on how the couple sorts things out between them and finds themselves in the middle of major incidents and a thrilling mission.

Hwang Jung Min: The South Korean actor is known for playing roles in many hit movies. Some of his successful movies include names like Deliver Us From Evil and Veteran. Veteran 2 is also scheduled to release soon. 

Yum Jung Ah: This South Korean actress, before getting into acting, was the winner of a beauty pageant. A list of her successful movies includes names like A Tale of Two Sisters and The Big Swindle. The actress has also worked in TV series like Royal Family.
