Viral sensation Skibidi Toilet has amassed billions of views on YouTube and now the talking toilet heads are coming to the silver screen, developed by Transformers director Michael Bay.
Created by Alexey Gerasimov, the animated series started with a short video of singing human heads popping out of toilets. The video quickly went viral, with the series now boasting a structured narrative spanning over 70 videos.
The series has become a key fixture in Gen Alpha and Gen Z meme culture, gaining nods from celebrities including , who was recently gifted a diamond Skibidi Toilet necklace by her daughter.
Despite its fame, fans were still shocked to learn that the comedy will be going mainstream.

TV Producer and former Paramount Pictures President Adam Goodman revealed the plans for the movie this summer. Speaking to Variety in July, he said: “We are absolutely in talks right now, both on the television side and the earliest conversations right now on the film side.”
Gerasimov regularly rakes in millions of views for his Skibidi videos and currently has 44.1 million subscribers. Praising Gerasimov, the producer added: "He's building something that could be the next 'Transformers' or could be a Marvel universe."
An official release date for the movie has not been confirmed. Goodman has also made no comment on which studios would be distributing the proposed film.
